Join us at Yoga Tree Leeds, with our fabulous new expert instructor, Alicja, for a comprehensive 5-week journey into the core principles of Pilates. Start the weekend feeling stronger, energised and more connected to the body with this 5-week mat based Pilates course. This course is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through progressive weekly sessions on Saturday mornings, in a fully equipped studio, where all equipment and mats are provided. Core & Restore blends the strengthening principles of Pilates with restorative movement to help you find strength, balance and feel more connected to the body. Across the course, the aim is to achieve deeper core stability, improve posture and flexibility whilst releasing built-up tension through controlled, low-impact movement. Each session is dedicated to leave you feeling energised, rather than exhausted, making the course accessible whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with your practice. Yoga Tree Leeds, is based at Tong Hall - hidden away from the hustle and bustle. We also have our own private car park, within the grounds of the hall, so no need to rush and get worked up before class! Come and join us to start your journey at Yoga Tree Leeds.
