Service Description

Embark on a transformative journey with this 4-week nurturing yoga course - 'Mastering Movement & Stillness' by exploring yoga movement and taking time to create serenity and calmness for the mind and the body. Through the graceful flow of yoga and the profound stillness of meditation, enhanced by gentle sounds, you'll discover a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. Whether you're seeking physical vitality, mental clarity, or emotional balance, this course offers a holistic approach to cultivating a life of harmony and presence. The group will be kept intentionally small to ensure that each participant receives attention and feels safe and comfortable to explore their practice. The sessions will be every Monday in June from 6:30pm - 7:30pm, starting on 3rd June. Contraindications It is not recommended that you attend if any of these apply; - If you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy - If you have epilepsy, seizures or an ‘unmanaged’ mental health condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or any form of complex trauma) - Severe heart conditions
