This free session with Joel offers a rare opportunity to completely switch off, let go of tension, and access a deep state of rest and inner stillness. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation practiced lying down, where you’re led through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualisations. It’s deeply restorative and accessible to everyone — no movement or experience required. Ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, calming anxiety, and reconnecting with yourself.
