"You are one of life’s loveliest people and in the short time we've worked together I have recognised that I need to change how I think about myself more. I have been aware how hard I am on myself and my husband says he hates the things I say about myself. He always encourages me to stop worrying but it is easier said than done. I originally began 1:1 sessions, with Helen, as I lacked confidence in my ability to perform the poses correctly. It's now become the highlight of my fortnight!

Helen is encouraging and really knows her stuff. She gently amends postures, when needed and works specifically with postures designed to help strains and stresses my body has that week.

The relaxation time is amazing and really allows me to reflect on how I feel without somebody else needing my attention.

"I really look forward to Helen’s Yoga class. We are a small, friendly group of mixed abilities and wide age range. The class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience and Helen is able to tailor the poses to meet our needs, which in my case is essential because I have some problems with balance.
The class sets me up for the day - I leave feeling relaxed, energetic and positive.
Yoga keeps me flexible and enables me to keep in touch with my physical and emotional needs - perfect for preventing me doing too much gardening!"
