Come along and join us to nourish both body and mind, at Yoga Tree Leeds.
The yoga studio is nestled in the grounds of Tong Hall, BD4 0RR - with ample, onsite, hassle-free parking.
Prompt 7:15pm start - Arrive from 7pm
The Gong Bath; you simply get comfortable, warm and cosy and allow the sound and vibrations to do the work.
Mats and bolsters will be readily available for you.
