Come and join our next event - for deep rest and renewal with the vibrations of the gong to guide you into stillness, release and balance. Doors open at 6:55pm. Prompt start at 7:15pm. Late arrivals may not always be admitted. You are invited to book the practice of yin yoga, beforehand at 6pm.

Join us, for the perfect winter evening event to nourish both body and mind, on Friday 23rd January, at Yoga Tree Leeds.
The studio is based at Tong Hall, BD4 0RR.
Doors open at 6:55pm...and close 7:10pm for a prompt 7:15pm start
You can also enhance the Gong Bath experience by booking the yin yoga class with us at 6pm, at an additional cost of £12 the Yin Yoga practice can help to prepare the mind and body in advance of the Gong Bath.
Yin yoga, is a gentle, floor based yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, by encouraging the body to soften, holding postures for longer and allowing the energy to flow more freely, no experience is necessary.
After preparing the body and mind - we will then get settled down for the Gong Bath; you simply get comfortable, warm and cosy, and let the sound do…
