Kick start 2026 with intention for a deep rest and renewal with the vibrations of the gong to guide you into stillness, release, and balance. Doors open at 7pm. Prompt start for the Gong Bath at 7pm. Late arrivals may not always be admitted. You are invited to practice yin-yoga, beforehand at 6pm.

Doors open at 7pm...and close promptly at 7:15pm.

You can also enhance the Gong Bath experience by booking the yin yoga class with us at 6pm... the Yin Yoga practice can help to prepare the mind and body, in advance of the Gong Bath.
Yin yoga, is a gentle, floor based yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, by encouraging the body to soften, holding postures for longer and allowing the energy to flow more freely, no experience is necessary.
